Seahawks roll past Rams, 27-17
The Seattle Seahawks kept their slim playoff hopes alive with a 27-17 win over the St. Louis Rams.
Running back Justin Forsett had a huge game, topping the 150-yard rushing mark and finding the end zone twice.
It was a strong defensive effort by the Seahawks against running back Steven Jackson, who had really been terrorizing opponents of late. Jackson did manage 87 yards on the ground and a touchdown, but had to earn each and every one of those yards.
Seattle’s victory keeps them alive in the race for a playoff spot, although they barely have a pulse.
